At Lasergate, quality is not a result, but a constant process.

The Metrology and Quality departments work in perfect synergy with all production departments, guaranteeing continuous monitoring, dimensional precision, and complete traceability of every phase.

Dimensional control and compliance

Thanks to advanced measuring instruments and highly qualified personnel, every component is verified to ensure compliance with tolerances, process stability, and conformity to design specifications.

For prototypes, Lasergate operates in compliance with the guidelines of major manufacturers, ensuring full adherence to the required technical standards.
For mass production, however, inspections are carried out according to sampling plans with frequencies defined based on customer requirements and our experience, thus guaranteeing an optimal balance between efficiency and process reliability.

Non-destructive testing and weld inspections

To ensure the quality of welds and the structural safety of components, Lasergate performs non-destructive testing (NDT), including:

Liquid penetrant testing (LPT/LPI): to identify micro-cracks or surface discontinuities in welded joints.
Metallographic microscope analysis: to verify the penetration of the filler material and the quality of the weld bead.

These activities allow us to maintain a constant, controlled, and repeatable process, compliant with the standards required by the most technical sectors.

“Zero Waste” Project and continuous improvement

The corporate project “Zero Waste” is part of our quality journey, aimed at progressively reducing every form of waste or inefficiency, with particular attention to environmental impact and the sustainability of the production process.

The objective is simple yet ambitious: to continuously improve every phase, until quality becomes a natural consequence of our way of working.
